Consumers in the EU/EEA generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital resources delivered immediately, this right is waived once delivery has begun with your prior consent. For services that have started with your consent, the right may be reduced proportionally to what has been performed.
To request a refund or cancellation, email hello@novalabsolutions.com with your order reference (format NLS-…). We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to your original PayPal payment method.
Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of acceptance. The time for the funds to appear depends on PayPal and your bank.
If a Service is materially not as described, contact us promptly and we will remedy, re-perform, or refund as appropriate.
