Nova Lab Solutions provides professional consulting services, including advisory sessions, audits and assessments, technical documentation, training and digital resources (collectively, the "Services"). Service descriptions and prices are shown at checkout.
By selecting Services and completing payment, you place a binding order. Payments are processed securely by PayPal in euros (EUR). We do not receive or store your card details. The amount due is the total displayed at checkout, including any applied promotional code.
Sessions and engagements are scheduled by email after purchase. Digital resources are made available after payment is confirmed. Timeframes for audits, documentation and reports are agreed individually.
You agree to provide accurate information and the cooperation reasonably required for us to deliver the Services.
All materials, reports and resources remain the intellectual property of Nova Lab Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing. They are provided for your internal use and may not be redistributed without permission.
The Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
